We planned on buying a house remotely and we only had a short time-frame to do it. Reza helped make this happen very efficiently. He saved a lot of our time with making good shortlists that were tailored to what our preferences were in a house. He also fully managed his schedule based on our availability to allow us to visit all of the houses we were interested in, within the very few visits we could make to the city. In several cases he volunteered to visit the houses on our behalf and by providing detailed reports about their statuses and enclosing supported pictures, he helped us decide if we would like to add it to our shortlist. He patiently followed our requests and without pushing us on any one of the candidates, he gave valuable consults to help us make the right decision. He supported us in all the stages after finding the right house, from finding a good lawyer and inspector, to finding handymen to upgrade the house.
All in all, we are very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend him to anyone who is wishing to buy or sell their house.
